The Kansas City Royals signed pitcher Horacio Ramirez to a one year contract worth $2.75 million dollar contract on Friday. It is unclear if Ramirez will fight for a spot in the Royals rotation, or pitch out of the bullpen. Heck, he might not even make the team out of Spring Training the way he pitched last year!
