The Kansas City Royals beind a excellent pitching performance by Zack Greinke shutout the New York Yankees on Wednesday night by the score of 4-0. Greinke threw eight innings, allowing six hits and striking out two batters.
The Royals offense was pretty much spread around as four different players had one RBI. Jose Guillen, Ross Gload, John Buck, and Tony Pena all had a RBI on the game.
The Royals record now stands at 6-2 on the young season. What a start for the Royals!
