There is a brand new Kansas City Royals Blog hitting the Internet!  Royalshomeplate is a top notch Royals blog that will be blogging about the Kansas City Royals.  Expect some great game reviews, and articles about about the Royals draft and trade rumors before a lot new sources even have them!

A few things I want to ask other Royals fans are:  How close are the Royals to really being a contender to make the playoffs?  Are the young players going to be able to handle carrying the Royals teams?  Is Alex Gordon the real deal that will be the MVP of the Royals for the next 10-12 years?
